Travelbigly or any other travel company will not offer any such provisions of adding a new passenger to the existing booking. Hence, you are required to make a fresh booking for the new passenger. Please note: Travelbigly cannot guarantee that the new booking made by us will be at the original price of the previously booked tickets. Also, we do not guarantee that there will be an availability of flight matching to the existing booking.
According to the baggage agreement, in case of a change of flight the airline is responsible for check-in baggage at all the airports. In case the agreement does not have this provision, then it becomes your responsibility to check with the Baggage Claim and make sure that your baggage is checked till the destination city.
To make a booking, the document requirement keeps on changing. The change is dependent on various factors including the city of departure, arrival, change of places, and your passport's nationality. Travelbigly advises you to call the airline and confirm with them what are the right set of documents to complete the booking. With that, also make sure that the information you receive is up to date. We hold no responsibility if you do not have sufficient documents at the airport, and the airline denies your boarding.

Usually, most of the airlines offer particular classes - Economy, Business, and First Class.

Economy class: Available on all airlines, Economy-class is the least expensive travel option with the maximum area.
Business-class: Business class has additional space and legroom and offers in-flight meals. Business-class is more expensive than the Economy.
First-class: Usually placed closest to the aircraft front, First-class offers the most comfortable seats. First-class ticket holders have access to upgraded meals, shorter check-in line, and lounge. The fare of a First-class is the most expensive.
Non-stop flights: No stop or change before the destination.
No Flights change but a stopover: May have two landings but no change of planes.
Connecting flights: One or more landings with more than one departure. You are required to get off the plane and board again.
For domestic travel: A boarding pass, government-issued photo ID & a flight itinerary.
For International Travel: A passport, a visa permit to enter the country depending upon the requirement.
Whenever you make a booking for any service on Travelbigly, we generate a confirmation email at the earliest and assign you a reference ID. Based on this reference number, your e-vouchers get generated that you will receive within 24-48 hours of your booking. The confirmation email is a formal communication from Travelbigly that we have received your booking request and have started to work on the same.

The hotel may charge an additional fee under the resort/ hotel fee to be paid at the hotel. Additionally, in some cities, a government tax is charged to be paid during checkout. Apart from these charges, the hotel must honor the rate quoted to you during the reservation. As a piece of evidence, you can present the printout of your reservation and ask them to rectify the charges.

Yes. Before confirming your booking, we require your credit/ debit card details in order to confirm your booking. The price debited from your account is inclusive of hotel tariff, our service fee, and other taxes.
Travelbigly recommends that you carry a printout of the confirmation email shared by us over the email. In case the hotel is overbooked like they might do on some occasions and if you have a confirmed reservation, then the hotel is under an obligation to facilitate you with another hotel at comparable prices along with free private transfers to the property.
A prepaid reservation is the one where you are charged at the time of making the booking. In this case, you will be charged with the Full Base Amount (room only), and you will have to pay at the hotel for other incidentals like food, parking, cleaning fee, bar phone calls, etc. The rates that are offered by us are guaranteed only at the time of booking.
For any changes to the date, type of room, name of booking holder, etc are at the sole discretion of the hotel policy. We at Travelbigly can only reach out to the hotel on your behalf and request a change for which we charge a service fee.
Any requests made for the type of preferences are on first-cum-first-serve basis. These include- bedding type, smoking/non-smoking room, and late/early check-in.
